TRANSFORM Nigeria Movement,TNM, has called on Senate President, David Mark, to recall the Senate from recess, in order to address the growing rate of terrorism in the country.
It also lamented that the inability of President Goodluck Jonathan to name his cabinet and kick-start governance three weeks after his inauguration, has been attributed to the Senate going on recess barely a week after inauguration.
In a letter addressed to the Senate President, which was signed by Mr. Chuka Agu, TNM noted that recent upsurge in Boko Haram attacks should be treated as a matter of urgent national importance.-Nigeria newspaper
