- Maintain confidential client details in paper and electronic filing systems
- Communicate with clients, medical providers and attorneys on a daily basis
- Complete dictation
- Perform data entry
- Utilize Amicus Attorney Software and TABS
- Paralegal experience
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Generate and complete correspondence
- Create, process and close client files
- Carry out various general office tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher).
- Demonstrates ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in fast paced and pressured environments.
- Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and scrutiny.
- Degree in Business Administration/Law (preferably in USA or UK)
- Minimum of 1-2years working experience in a corporate environment
