OWEN HARGREAVES has released his own fitness video — but this is no Christmas stocking filler.The England star is looking for a new club after being released by Manchester United at the end of last season.

It was feared his playing days were over after tendinitis in his knees blighted his United career.

But now the Canadian-born midfielder has released a series of 18 video shorts on YouTube to prove to any prospective employer that he's still got what it takes.

Hargreaves, 30, moved to Old Trafford for £17million in 2007 but managed just 39 appearances as both knees gave him severe problems over his four-year stay.
Now a free agent, Hargreaves has put himself through his paces in the gym and on the training pitch in the hope that somebody will take a chance on resurrecting his career.
