Who should be blame for the poor performance in Jamb Exam?

After checking his result, he scored below the pass mark of 200 in the just concluded JAMB exam and what first came to mind was that if not for the JAMB that disappointed us at our center with the non

availability of writing materials which they promise to supply .

Another claimed that if not for that my Mother that said i should relax that she had already settled the JAMB officials that he has no problem.

These and more are some of the reasons some have attributed as the cause of their failure and in the two scenario above, it is obvious that JAMB And the student mother are responsible for the two students failure described above.
