The European Graduate Program is a program for high potential leaders of the future. It will support our aim to grow a large percentage of tomorrow's top management from within. It is a structured flexible program that puts Graduates in the spotlight from day one. We offer distinctive development assignments allowing the graduate to experience a broad spectrum of valuable commercial experience. Each assignment has specific on-the-job "learnings", which are combined with formal training courses. In addition, Graduates are expected to take on high profile projects to ensure visibility within the organization.
Accountabilities:
The European Graduate Program starts within the Sales Team in one of the Polish cities. After a year in an assignment that may include Sales Representation, Key Account Management or Trade Marketing Management, you will go to another European country for your Marketing assignment.
Qualifications
: · Educated to master degree level (completion or near completion) in a business related subject
· Internship experience of 1 year with at least 6 months in FMCG
· Fluent English is essential and fluency in additional languages advantageous
· Open to relocate internationally for career development and challenge
· Flexible to travel, if required
· Current driving license is essential
· Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
· Excellent verbal communication skills
