In line with the organizational vision of establishing its footprint in the African market, Kimberly Ryan Group, announced the expansion of its business operations to Sierra Leone.
Newly CEO of the company, Uchenna Bassey, said that the expansion arose out of a need to meet client demands in an increasingly global world. Kimberly Ryan currently services clients in 16 countries in Africa. Bassey succeeds Enife Atobiloye, former Managing Partner, who left the company at the beginning of April by mutual consent to pursue new challenges.
Bassey has more than thirteen years experience in human resources with application in human capital solutions and strategic change management. She has been part of the Kimberly Ryan team for the last 10 years.
Enife Atobiloye was instrumental in successfully solidifying Kimberly Ryan’s brand and mapping the African footprint strategy program of the organisation.
The company also announced the appointment of Jumoke Adama as Acting Country Managing Consultant for Nigeria. Jumoke’s background in Law, Psychology, and Industrial Relations aligns with her expertise in HR Strategy and System implementation, Recruitment, Training Interventions and Customer/Vendor relationship management.(Vanguard)
