The Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, has called for an immediate probe into the May 27th mass deaths at the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP campaign office in Kwara, as part of measures to prevent a recurrence of
such tragedy.National Publicity Secretary of the party, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, while commenting on the issue said the inquiry would unravel the causes of the tragedy, determine whether or not it could have been avoided as well as those who contributed to it.
According to the party, the probe was necessary following the claim by the Kwara State government that only two people died, and argued that the fatalities exceeded 70.
