One Year After Umaru Yar'adua Death

Time flies they say, it is exactly one year today that the former president of Nigeria, Alhaji Umaru Yar’ adua Died after series of illness.

Former president Yar’adua, died on 5 may 2010 and was buried on 6 may 2010 according to Islamic rite in his Home town in Katsina State of Nigeria. He died after returning from Saudi Arabia on medical treatment earlier before.

He was succeded by President Goodluck Jonathan.
