After the Match day 6, Chelsea fc was able to overcome Valencia with a 3-0 thrashing of the spanish team to move top of the group after Bayerleverkusen drew with Genk. Drogba scored the first goal, Ramires second while Drogba scored the third goal of the night.
This means that chelsea having qualified for the knock out stage, will also avoid the likes of Real madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich in the second round stage.
