There is this website called twit club>>> http://twitclub.com/ what you do is you join a group on the website, and follow people. once you follow people, they automatically follow you, 100% guaranteed! once some else joins the group, they will follow you and you will automatically be following them. what you can do is follow a bunch of people, and they will follow you back immediately, join as many group as possible and follow as many people as you want to be followed. Also, if you no longer want to be automatically following people, you can go to setting>applications on twitter and then find twit club and revote twitclub's access, so you will no longer be in the group and hence no more followers from the site.
